Service Delivery Policy

Smart Solutions Infotech provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered.

1. How services are delivered

All services are delivered online. Depending on the service, delivery includes:

• work carried out on your website, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts or social media profiles;
• files such as designs, logos and documents sent by email, WhatsApp or a shared drive link;
• reports sent by email each month.

2. When work starts

Work begins within 2–3 working days after we receive your payment and the information, content and account access needed to start.

3. Delivery timelines

• Monthly services (SEO, local SEO, social media, Google Ads, content marketing, maintenance): delivered continuously through each billing month, with a report at the end of the month.
• Website development: typically 2–4 weeks from the start of work for a standard website, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
• Branding and logo design: first concepts within 5–7 working days.

The exact timeline for your project is stated in your proposal.

4. Delays

Timelines depend on receiving content, approvals and access from you on time. If there is a delay from our side, we will tell you in advance with a revised date.

5. Confirmation of delivery

We confirm the completion of each deliverable by email or WhatsApp. For websites, delivery is complete when the site goes live on your domain or the files are handed over.
