These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website smartsolutionsinfotech.in and the services provided by Smart Solutions Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website, making a payment, or engaging our services, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing and related services, including search engine optimisation, local SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads management, content marketing, website development, website maintenance and branding. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation or invoice, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged extra.
• Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• Website and one-time projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% before the website goes live or the final files are delivered, unless the proposal states otherwise.
• Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer, or through our online payment gateway using cards, net banking, UPI or wallets.
• Work begins after payment is received. If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, we may pause work until it is cleared.
• Advertising budgets for Google, Meta or other platforms are paid by the client directly to those platforms and are not part of our fees.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and account access on time. Delays in providing these may delay delivery. You confirm that any content, images, logos or trademarks you give us are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

4. Results

We use our experience and industry best practices, but search rankings, advertising performance and social media reach depend on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta, whose algorithms and policies we do not control. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, including website design, content and graphics. Your domain, hosting, advertising accounts and social media profiles remain your property at all times. We may retain working files and may mention the type of work done in our portfolio without naming you, unless you agree otherwise. The content of this website belongs to Smart Solutions Infotech and may not be copied without permission.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, account access and data confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or changes in their policies.

9. Termination

Either party may end a monthly service by giving written notice as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or ask us to do anything illegal or against platform policies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment or engagement applies.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
